Running entered my life in 2014 and has been a great sport for me in keeping active. I have recently decided to take it more seriously (whilst having loads of fun of course). In this I have decided to get involved in group training as this tends to push us all to be better runners within ourselves and I want to be a part of something bigger. A bit of weight loss goals are also thrown in there 😉
I want to prove not only to others but to myself just how much I can achieve with my running. I love the feeling of accomplishment within myself after any event no matter how good or bad I did in my time. I run for a healthier, happier me!
