I am a Mom and wife that gets wrapped up in the general things and responsibilities of every day life. Being a CMIYC Leader will enable me to stay motivated, motivate others and keeps me accountable to put in the kilometers like I need to.
I am just a average runner that needs to work hard to achieve weight-loss and running goals as they don’t come natural to me.
Everyone has their own goals, whether it is to do your 1st 5/10km, a marathon, to loose weight or to just cope with everyday stress.
