Please note: By participating I any activity related to or hosted by Catch Me If You Can, you agree that CMIYC Pty Ltd , its associates and third party provider, such as venues, cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss to a person or property. You are individually responsible for being in good health to take part at your own risk.

Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event WITHOUT refund. In the event of extreme weather or other circumstances that the organisers deem not safe for participants, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event and at any time.

All entrants must enter, register and pay for the event. Entrants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult and in doing so, the supervising adult/s take full responsibility for their children under 18 years for the duration of the event.

All entrants must wear their wrist bands visibly for the duration of the event, which can be collected during the registration process.

Participants are to accept instructions given by the route marshals including those appointed by the City and by the event organisers.

Food and liquid refreshments will be on sale to the public at the event.

Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the sponsors and organisers, NO refund of the entry fee will be issued. For more information contact info@cmiyc.co.za.

• contact CMIYC or Women For Change by e-mail, post or otherwise
• make a donation to CMIYC NPO or Women For Change and
• subscribe to receive newsletters, donor correspondence and other communication materials from CMIYC or Women For Change.
