My name is Raine Michel. I am originally from Joburg but I moved to Cape Town in 2014.
I run my own small Social Media and Content Marketing business.I am a marketing nut and even summarise marketing books in my spare time.
I love old school rock ‘n roll. I am passionate about training others and in my previous job I started a weekly bootcamp with the 50+kg of home gym equipment that I own.
I love helping other women understand the benefits of exercise and what their bodies are truly capable of. I also enjoy boxing and I have been doing it since 2011.
I am competitive only with myself and I truly believe that it does not matter how long it takes- what matters is crossing that finish line!
