Hi, I am Sally Peacock-Edwards, single Mum, outdoor nut and passionate about life!

I am Group HR Manager for a KFC Franchise and studying to be a life coach specialising in Health and wellness, particularly with single parents.

I truly believe together, women can conquer the world, however to do this we need to be healthy, fit and make time for ourselves, which will have a positive effect on our families too.  I want to motivate mothers to dust those trainers off, and join me in an fabulous adventure of going from zero to 5km’s or more and to experience the highs of achieving those kilometers along with seeing the amazing benefits running can bring.
